Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book decor?▾

Book decor 4-6 weeks ahead for large events. Custom orders — printed banners, specialty florals — often need 2+ weeks of lead time.

Is setup and takedown included?▾

Full-service decor packages include installation and breakdown. DIY rental options (pickup/dropoff) are typically available at lower cost.

Can I customize colors and themes?▾

Absolutely — most decor companies build packages around your color palette and theme. Bring inspiration photos to your consultation.

What happens to florals after the event?▾

Fresh floral arrangements are typically included in your rental window. Many guests take centerpieces home — coordinate this ahead of time.

Is a deposit required?▾

Yes — most decor companies require a 25-50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the event.
