Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?▾

For weekend summer events, book 3-4 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available for weekdays. The earlier you book, the better your unit selection.

What's included in the rental?▾

Delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup are included. A continuous-run blower motor keeps the inflatable inflated throughout your rental period.

Do I need a power source?▾

Most inflatables require a standard 110V outlet within 50-100 feet. If your venue has no power, ask about generator add-ons.

Can inflatables be set up indoors?▾

Yes — many units fit in gyms, recreation centers, and large halls. Confirm ceiling height (minimum 15-20 ft) and floor surface with the rental company.

What is the weight/age limit?▾

Limits vary by unit — typically 400-800 lb capacity and up to age 12 for standard bounce houses. Always follow the posted limits for safety.
